Do Bodybuilders Need Supplements To Gain Muscle?

0

Do you need supplements as a bodybuilder? This question must have certainly crossed your mind.

“I’m a bodybuilder, so do I need supplements to gain muscle? ”

Let’s address this issue.

Given the billion dollar revenues of the supplement industry, supplements to gain muscle might seem like a good choice, but let’s first ask ourselves what we mean when we say “need”.

The question that pops up is “Do you actually need these supplements?”. Basing this on need, you have to consider what your body does and does not require. Take a look at these questions….

“If you want to be bigger and stronger, do you as a bodybuilder, need supplements to gain muscle mass and strength? ”

Here’s your answer, my friend…. Nope.

Don’t be fooled by all the hype, your body does not need supplements to gain muscle and build mass.

If you eat adequate protein, carbohydrates, and fats (preferably from whole foods) and train with full intensity, you will definitely see a big difference in your muscle size and strength.

Nobody needs supplements to gain muscle. That’s the whole truth. Gains in strength and muscle mass are possible without them.

So supplements to gain muscle should be completely avoided by bodybuilders, correct?

Not necessarily.

There is something more to consider….
“Is using supplements to gain muscle mass and strength something bodybuilders should do to become as huge and strong as they possibly can? ”

What’s your best guess? Absolutely!

Even though supplements to gain muscle mass and strength are not required to get bigger and stronger, they ARE required if you want to maximize your strength and muscle gains. When you invest in the right products and utilize the correct dosage you will gain an extra edge and see quicker gains as opposed to someone who hasn’t gone down the supplement route.

If you can spend a few extra bucks on supplements to gain muscle and maximize your gains, it seems like a logical step to take considering the endless hours of hard work and dedication you put in at the gym and at home.

You should ask yourself, “What am I willing to give for extra muscle gains? ”

If gaining an extra edge in your strength is worth the price of that creatine bottle, then obviously it’s a worthwhile investment. If that tub of whey protein simplifies your meal preparation, then you should go for it.

“Are supplements to gain muscle really necessary? ”

If you are looking to gain maximum muscle mass and strength then you should definitely try a basic and easy supplement plan to maximize your results.

These four basic supplements are ones that I strongly recommend:.

1) Whey Protein
2) Creatine
3) High-Potency Multivitamin
4) Essential Fatty Acids

These four basic supplements help in strengthening your body, increase your fat burning capability, and add to your lean muscle mass. Keep in mind that there are a lot of worthless supplements—but these four will keep you on track as they have a proven track record and are well worth the cost.

When you are hoping to gain that extra edge and get serious about reaching your muscle-building goals, they’re certainly worth investigating.
